New Article Template for Upcoming Issues

As part of our continuous commitment to improving the quality of journal management and strengthening the quality, transparency, and integrity of scholarly publications, Advances in Research is pleased to announce the implementation of a new article template for upcoming issues.
This template update is part of the journal’s continuous improvement process and is aligned with the latest national journal accreditation framework, particularly the Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Sains dan Teknologi Nomor 374/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah. The 2026 framework places stronger emphasis on journal governance, article quality, publication transparency, scientific integrity, metadata consistency, and the verifiability of editorial processes.
The updated template is designed not merely to improve the visual presentation of published articles, but also to strengthen the completeness and consistency of scholarly publication information. In accordance with the 2026 guidance, article galley/PDF information should be consistently presented and aligned with the metadata available on the journal platform.
Key Improvements in the New TemplateThe latest Advvances in Research article template includes improvements in the presentation and standardization of:
- journal and article identity;
- volume, issue, year, page number and/or Article ID;
- Digital Object Identifier (DOI);
- copyright and publication license information;
- article history, including Received, Revised, Accepted, and Published/Available Online dates;
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Statement;
- Author Contribution Statement;
- Funding Statement;
- Conflict of Interest Statement;
- author names and institutional affiliations;
- abstract and keywords;
- tables, figures, citations, and references;
- overall manuscript structure and journal style.
These improvements are intended to strengthen metadata accuracy, publication transparency, editorial consistency, and the overall readability and credibility of articles published in Advances in Research.
Implementation for Upcoming IssuesAuthors submitting new manuscripts are strongly encouraged to use the latest version of the Advances in Research article template provided on the journal website.
For manuscripts that are currently under editorial processing, authors may also be requested to adjust their manuscript to the latest template during the revision or production stage, particularly before the article proceeds to copyediting, layout, and final publication.
The use of the updated template will be implemented consistently for articles scheduled for publication in upcoming issues. We therefore kindly ask all prospective and current authors to carefully review and use the latest template before submitting or revising their manuscripts.
