Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors must check their manuscripts for compliance with the following: Manuscripts may be returned to authors who do not comply with these guidelines.
- I declare that the submitted manuscript has not been published or is being considered for publication in another journal.
- I have read the Focus & Scope page on the journal's website, and I have also used the journal template (I agree that if my manuscript does not use the journal template, it will be automatically rejected)
- The submitted manuscript is written in English and is not plagiarized (I have viewed the plagiarism policy page of Advances in Healthcare Research; I have also checked the grammar using Grammarly and used a reference manager).
- I have read and understood all journal policies and agree that the accepted manuscript will be published by the License and Copyright policy in Advances in Healthcare Research.
- I agree and am willing to pay the APC, as provided by the journal, to cover operational expenses, including peer review, editing, publishing, maintenance, archiving, and allowing direct access to the full-text version of the article I submit (if the article is accepted).

The following guide is for authors submitting their manuscripts to Advances in Healthcare Research. Submitting manuscripts in the correct format and according to the requirements will accelerate the review process and prevent undue delays in publication. The publisher reserves the right to reject or return manuscripts not prepared according to the established guidelines.

Copyright Notice
In submitting a manuscript to Advances in Healthcare Research, the author declares that:
- The co-authors authorize them to make this arrangement.
- The work described has not been formally published before, except as an abstract or part of a published lecture, review, thesis, or journal spread.
- The work is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
- The author and the responsible authorities have approved the publication—tacitly or explicitly—of the institution where the research was conducted.
- They are entitled to reproduce any material that has been published or is copyrighted elsewhere.
- They agree to the following license and copyright agreement.
License and Copyright Agreement
Authors publishing with Advances in Advances in Healthcare Research agree to the following terms:
- The author retained the entire article's copyright and granted first publication rights to Advances in Healthcare Research. The work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors may enter into a separate, additional contractual agreement for non-exclusive distribution of the Advances in Healthcare Research publication version (for example, submitting it to an institutional repository or editing it into a book), with acknowledgment of the initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in an institutional repository or on their website) before and during the submission process, as these activities can lead to productive exchanges and earlier and greater citations of published work (see also the policy on storage and archiving on the journal page).
