Abstract
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemaknaan dan penerapan demosi sebagai strategi manajerial dalam penegakan disiplin aparatur yudikatif di lembaga peradilan. Studi ini mengangkat pentingnya demosi tidak hanya sebagai bentuk hukuman administratif, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen pembinaan yang mendukung integritas dan profesionalisme aparatur.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur sistematis terhadap sumber-sumber ilmiah yang relevan dari database terindeks internasional seperti Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, dan lainnya. Seleksi artikel dilakukan berdasarkan relevansi topik, periode publikasi 2015-2025, dan kredibilitas sumber. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik berdasarkan sintesis isi dan kerangka teori keadilan organisasi serta manajemen publik.
Hasil dan Pembahasan: Temuan menunjukkan bahwa demosi dalam konteks lembaga yudikatif memiliki pemaknaan normatif dan simbolik yang beragam. Demosi dipraktikkan dengan pola dan mekanisme tertentu yang dipengaruhi oleh struktur hierarki dan budaya birokratis. Faktor-faktor institusional dan kultural menjadi penghambat sekaligus pendorong penerapannya. Demosi berpotensi menjadi instrumen pembinaan yang adaptif, namun perlu dukungan regulasi dan desain implementasi yang adil dan edukatif.
Implikasi: Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi disiplin yang reflektif dan kontekstual dalam lembaga yudikatif. Rekomendasi kebijakan difokuskan pada penguatan regulasi, pelatihan pimpinan, dan sistem evaluasi agar demosi dapat mendorong budaya organisasi yang menjunjung nilai keadilan dan akuntabilitas.
