For editorial, manuscript submission, peer review, publication, Article Processing Charge (APC), research integrity, publication ethics, privacy, reviewer support, production, scholarly metadata, technical support, or administrative inquiries concerning Advances in Management & Financial Reporting (AMFR), authors, reviewers, editors, readers, researchers, and other interested parties should use the official communication channels provided on this page.

The AMFR Editorial Office maintains separate channels for academic editorial correspondence and editorial-administrative support. These channels are intended to facilitate transparent communication, appropriate handling of scholarly and operational matters, protection of confidential information, and independent scientific-editorial decision-making.

Official Submission Principle: Formal manuscript submissions, revisions, author responses, peer-review reports, editorial decisions, and official manuscript-workflow documents must be handled through the AMFR Online Journal System (OJS). Email and WhatsApp support legitimate clarification and administration but do not replace the formal scholarly and editorial records maintained through OJS.

Principal Academic Editorial Contact

Darwis Said, Chief Editor, Universitas Hasanuddin, Indonesia, serves as the principal academic editorial contact for AMFR. The Chief Editor provides senior academic editorial leadership and oversight of the journal's scholarly standards, editorial governance, independent peer-review procedures, scientific-editorial responsibilities, and research integrity.

Correspondence requiring principal academic editorial attention may include scientific-editorial questions, editorial governance, complex matters involving scholarly evaluation, research-integrity concerns requiring senior editorial oversight, and other issues that must be considered by the Chief Editor or an appropriately authorized academic editor.

Main Handling Editor: Suham Cahyono, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia, coordinates and undertakes scholarly manuscript-handling responsibilities within the authority assigned by the journal's academic editorial structure. Manuscript-specific editorial correspondence, reviewer assessments, author revisions, and formal decisions should be handled through the authorized AMFR OJS workflow.

Official Academic Editorial Email: editor@advancesinresearch.id.

Editorial & Administrative Support

Muslim Muslim, Managing Editor, Universitas Muslim Indonesia, Indonesia, coordinates journal administration, editorial workflows, author and reviewer communication, manuscript tracking, submission and revision inquiries, reviewer support, post-acceptance administration, publication preparation, and relevant operational activities.

The Managing Editor also provides administrative coordination for APC and waiver inquiries, official invoices, payment verification, complaints and appeals, publication-ethics correspondence, privacy matters, copyediting and production inquiries, DOI and metadata administration, technical support, and other journal-management requirements.

Administrative coordination does not independently confer scientific-editorial decision-making authority. Matters requiring academic assessment, independent editorial judgment, or resolution of substantive scientific and research-integrity concerns must be addressed through the responsible academic editor, Main Handling Editor where authorized, or Chief Editor according to the applicable journal procedures.

Official Editorial & Administrative Email: advancesresearch@gmail.com.

Official Communication & Security

Authors, reviewers, editors, readers, and other journal participants should rely on the official AMFR communication channels for manuscript submission, academic editorial correspondence, confidential peer-review matters, Article Processing Charges, research integrity, publication ethics, privacy, production, and formal publication inquiries.

Protection Against Unofficial Guarantees: Third parties, agents, intermediaries, consultants, or unofficial representatives cannot guarantee manuscript acceptance, favorable peer review, reviewer outcomes, expedited scientific-editorial decisions, APC waivers, Letters of Acceptance (LoA), publication, or other editorial results on behalf of AMFR.

Editorial Decision Authenticity: An acceptance or rejection decision is valid only when issued through the journal's authorized academic editorial process. APC payment, administrative correspondence, informal assurances, messaging applications, commercial arrangements, or third-party promises cannot create, replace, or override a final scientific-editorial decision.

APC & Payment Security: The current standard AMFR APC is IDR 500,000 per accepted manuscript where at least one author has an institutional affiliation in Indonesia. A full APC waiver of IDR 0 applies when all authors are institutionally affiliated exclusively with institutions outside Indonesia. APC or waiver administration begins only after final scientific-editorial acceptance and remains independent of scholarly evaluation. Where payment is applicable, authors should rely on official AMFR invoices and authorized journal communication channels. Suspicious invoices, payment instructions, requests for personal transfers, or promises of acceptance in exchange for payment should be verified directly with the AMFR Editorial Office.

Confidentiality & Scholarly Integrity: Confidential manuscripts, reviewer identities, reviewer reports, author information, unpublished research, and internal editorial correspondence must be handled in accordance with the journal's applicable confidentiality, privacy, peer-review, and publication-ethics requirements. Informal communication must not compromise the integrity of the double-anonymous peer-review process.

Authors and reviewers should verify unusual editorial requests, suspicious communications, unauthorized use of the journal's identity, purported guarantees of publication, or unclear administrative and payment instructions through the official contact channels listed above. Formal scholarly actions must remain appropriately documented through the AMFR Online Journal System.

Responsible Journal Communication

The journal maintains separate channels for independent academic editorial authority and editorial-administrative support to promote accountability, confidentiality, efficient journal administration, and the integrity of scholarly publishing.

All formal manuscript and editorial activities remain subject to the applicable AMFR procedures and must be documented through the authorized journal workflow. Administrative assistance, financial processing, and informal communication do not replace independent peer review, academic editorial decisions, or the official scholarly record.
