Section Editors: Independent academic handling of assigned manuscripts within their expertise.

Editorial Independence and Accountability

Academic editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit and independent evaluation. Publisher ownership, institutional relationships, Article Processing Charges, sponsorship, and commercial considerations do not determine reviewer selection or manuscript acceptance.

Editors must disclose and manage relevant conflicts of interest. Manuscripts involving conflicted editors are reassigned to an appropriate independent editor.
