Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • I have read the current AHRMR Aims & Scope and confirm that the manuscript falls within one or more fields explicitly included in the journal's scholarly scope. I have identified the manuscript as either a Research Paper or a Literature Review Paper.
  • I confirm that the manuscript is original scholarly work, is written in English, has not previously been published as a journal article, is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal, and complies with AHRMR requirements concerning originality and scholarly integrity.
  • I have prepared the required submission files, including a properly anonymized Blinded Manuscript and a separate Title Page & Author Information Form, and the manuscript follows the current official Advances in Research manuscript template.
  • I confirm that citations and references are accurate, verifiable, and consistent with APA 7th edition; no fabricated, fictitious, hallucinated, or materially inaccurate references are included; and applicable research-ethics, consent, permission, and third-party-material requirements have been addressed.
  • All listed authors have made appropriate scholarly contributions, approved the submitted manuscript and authorship order, and accept responsibility for the work. Required authorship, CRediT, ORCID, funding, conflict-of-interest, Data Availability, acknowledgement, ethics, consent, permission, and Generative AI declarations have been completed accurately where applicable.
  • I have read and agree to comply with the current AHRMR Publication Ethics, double-anonymous peer-review requirements, Open Access and licensing policies, Article Processing Charge and waiver policy, privacy requirements, and other applicable journal policies. I understand that no APC is required before final editorial acceptance and that APC or waiver status does not influence scientific-editorial decisions.

Author Guidelines

Authors must prepare and submit manuscripts in accordance with the current AHRMR For Authors requirements and the official Advances in Research harmonized manuscript system.

AHRMR accepts only two manuscript types:
Research Paper
Literature Review Paper

For double-anonymous peer review, authors must upload two separate files:

  1. Blinded Manuscript — containing no author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, identifying document properties, or other information that could reasonably reveal author identity.

  2. Title Page — containing complete author and affiliation information, corresponding-author details, ORCID for the corresponding author, CRediT author contributions, funding information, conflict-of-interest declaration, acknowledgements where applicable, ethics/consent/authorization information where applicable, generative-AI disclosure where applicable, and other required publication declarations.

The manuscript should follow the official AHRMR template and current journal requirements, including the applicable manuscript structure, academic English, APA 7th edition referencing, accurate and verifiable citations, and appropriate research-integrity and publication-ethics standards.

Authors should review the current AHRMR Aims & Scope, For Authors, and Policies & Publication Ethics before submission.

Formal manuscript submission must be completed through the AHRMR Online Journal System. Submission does not guarantee external peer review or publication.

Authors retain copyright in articles published by Advances in Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR).
Accepted and published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, users may share and adapt the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), the original publication in AHRMR is identified, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated.
By submitting a manuscript and proceeding to publication, authors authorize AHRMR and its publisher, Yayasan Pendidikan Bukhari Dwi Muslim, to publish, distribute, preserve, register relevant publication metadata and DOI information, and make the Version of Record publicly available under CC BY 4.0.
Copyright ownership is not transferred to the journal or publisher solely as a condition of publication.
