The peer-review process of Advances in Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR) is supported by scholars with expertise across the fields included in the journal's current Aims & Scope, including human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, management, employment and workforce studies, governance, accounting, finance, auditing, marketing, economics, sustainability, technology, and related areas.
All fields explicitly listed in the current AHRMR Aims & Scope form part of the journal's main scholarly scope. Reviewer selection is therefore based on the substantive and methodological requirements of each manuscript rather than on a hierarchy among subject areas.
Reviewer assignments are made manuscript by manuscript according to subject expertise, methodological competence, independence, availability, and potential conflicts of interest. Inclusion in this directory does not imply that every reviewer evaluates every submission. AHRMR applies double-anonymous peer review, and manuscripts proceeding to external review are normally evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
AHRMR maintains a reviewer pool reflecting the journal's current scholarly scope. Expertise in human resource management, management, governance, accounting, finance, auditing, marketing, economics, sustainability, technology, and other fields may be used directly where relevant to the intellectual, disciplinary, theoretical, methodological, or technical requirements of a submitted manuscript.
Reviewer selection considers subject and methodological relevance, independence from the authors and research concerned, potential financial or non-financial conflicts of interest, availability, and capacity to complete a rigorous review within the required period. At least two independent reviewers are normally used for manuscripts proceeding to external review, and additional specialist review may be obtained where necessary.
Reviewers provide independent scholarly assessments and recommendations. Reviewer recommendations are advisory; the responsible academic editor or Editor-in-Chief retains responsibility for the final scientific-editorial decision.
Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, respectfully, independently, and confidentially. They must not contact authors directly, attempt to identify anonymized authors, delegate reviews without editorial authorization, misuse confidential information, or apply coercive citation practices.
Confidential manuscripts, unpublished data, author information, review reports, or editorial correspondence must not be uploaded to publicly accessible Generative AI systems or external automated services where confidentiality and appropriate data protection cannot be assured.
Reviewer reports should provide clear, evidence-based, constructive, and sufficiently specific assessment to support author revision and responsible editorial decision-making.
Reviewers should distinguish substantive scientific, theoretical, methodological, ethical, or interpretive concerns from minor presentation issues. When evaluating a revised manuscript, the primary focus should be whether legitimate earlier concerns have been satisfactorily addressed and whether any material scientific or integrity issue remains.
Researchers with relevant expertise may register in the AHRMR Online Journal System and indicate willingness to undertake peer review. Registration does not automatically confer Reviewer Team membership or guarantee an invitation.
This page represents the current public reviewer directory. Reviewer participation, availability, affiliations, and appointments may change over time. Changes made after 1 September 2026 do not retrospectively alter valid historical peer-review or editorial records.
Questions concerning reviewer invitations, review deadlines, OJS access, conflicts of interest, or administrative support may be directed to the Managing Editor at advancesresearch@gmail.com. Matters requiring principal academic editorial attention may be directed to the Editor-in-Chief at editor@advancesinresearch.id.
