Advances in Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access multidisciplinary journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan Bukhari Dwi Muslim.
AHRMR advances theory, evidence, and practice across human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, management, employment and workforce studies, business, governance, accounting and finance, taxation, auditing, marketing, consumer research, entrepreneurship, economics, sustainability and ESG, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, technology, engineering management, health management, and related interdisciplinary fields.
Fields included in the current AHRMR Aims & Scope are recognized as Core Scope areas. Studies in accounting, finance, marketing, economics, technology, engineering, health management, or other listed areas do not require an additional HRM, employee, workforce, or workplace variable merely to establish scope eligibility.
AHRMR has particular interest in Asia-Pacific and emerging-economy contexts while welcoming high-quality international, comparative, cross-cultural, and globally relevant scholarship from all regions.
AHRMR accepts these two manuscript types only. Research methods, analytical techniques, and review methods do not constitute separate manuscript types.
AHRMR is published by Yayasan Pendidikan Bukhari Dwi Muslim. The publisher provides institutional, administrative, technical, financial, publishing, preservation, dissemination, and production support while academic editorial decisions remain under qualified editorial authority.
AHRMR applies double-anonymous peer review. Manuscripts proceeding to external review are normally evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewer recommendations are advisory; final academic responsibility remains with the responsible academic editor and, where applicable, the Editor-in-Chief.
APC and waiver eligibility are determined by institutional affiliation, not nationality, citizenship, or residence. No APC is payable during submission, editorial screening, peer review, or revision. APC administration begins only after final editorial acceptance.
The current AHRMR policy framework applies prospectively from 1 September 2026. Earlier valid publications, editorial decisions, volume and issue information, publication dates, DOI records, and other components of the historical scholarly record remain unchanged.
