Advances in Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR) is represented across scholarly services that perform different functions, including national accreditation, journal and article discovery, scholarly metadata aggregation, citation visibility, persistent identification, and journal identification.
To ensure accurate and transparent reporting, AHRMR distinguishes between national accreditation, indexing and scholarly discovery, citation and research-discovery services, DOI registration, journal identification, and formal source-journal indexing in selective databases. Presence in one category must not automatically be represented as equivalent to another.
AHRMR is nationally accredited through SINTA — Science and Technology Index, the Indonesian national scholarly information and journal-accreditation platform.
Accreditation status should be interpreted according to the current official information displayed by the relevant national authority. Citation indicators and other dynamic metrics displayed by SINTA may change over time and should be consulted directly on the official platform.
AHRMR journal and article metadata can be discovered through the scholarly services listed below. Coverage, metadata completeness, citation information, matching procedures, classification, and update frequency are determined independently by each external service.
GARUDA — Garba Rujukan Digital provides national scholarly indexing and discovery for Indonesian journals and article-level metadata. AHRMR has a journal record and discoverable article metadata in GARUDA.
VIEW GARUDA RECORD ↗Published AHRMR content is discoverable through Google Scholar. Citation counts, h-index values, document counts, and other indicators displayed by Google Scholar are dynamic and may change as records, matching procedures, coverage, and citation data are updated.
VIEW GOOGLE SCHOLAR ↗AHRMR publications can be discovered through Dimensions, which provides research-discovery, bibliographic, and citation-related information. Document counts, citation indicators, classifications, and other data displayed by Dimensions are generated and maintained by that external service.
VIEW DIMENSIONS ↗AHRMR has a source record in OpenAlex, an open scholarly metadata infrastructure connecting scholarly sources, works, authors, institutions, topics, and related research information.
VIEW OPENALEX RECORD ↗AHRMR uses DOI prefix 10.60079. Digital Object Identifiers assigned to AHRMR publications support persistent identification, citation, linking, bibliographic metadata registration, and scholarly discoverability.

Citation counts, h-index values, document counts, cited-document counts, readership indicators, topic classifications, and other bibliometric measures may differ across Google Scholar, Dimensions, SINTA, GARUDA, OpenAlex, and other scholarly platforms.
Differences may arise from database coverage, document matching, citation sources, record-merging procedures, indexing rules, data-processing methods, classification systems, and update schedules.
For this reason, AHRMR does not reproduce dynamic citation metrics on this page as permanent journal facts and does not treat a metric from one service as directly equivalent to a similar indicator in another service. Readers should consult the relevant external platform for current values and methodological information.
AHRMR seeks to present accreditation, indexing, discovery, identification, citation, and recognition information accurately and without implying equivalence between scholarly services that perform different functions.
Citation of individual AHRMR articles by publications contained in a bibliographic or citation database, appearance of AHRMR references in indexed documents, or availability of citation-related information on an external platform does not by itself establish that AHRMR is formally indexed or covered as a source journal by that database.
AHRMR will describe itself as formally indexed, abstracted, or covered by a selective database only when that status can be verified through the database's official journal, title, source, or coverage record. Applications, planned applications, applications under evaluation, article citations, citedness, metadata presence, references from indexed articles, or third-party statements are not represented as confirmed source-journal indexing.
AHRMR seeks to maintain accurate, complete, and consistent article-level bibliographic metadata, including:
- author names and author order;
- institutional affiliations;
- ORCID identifiers where applicable;
- article title;
- abstract and keywords;
- article type;
- publication date;
- volume and issue information;
- page range or other article-location information where applicable;
- DOI;
- article language;
- funding information where applicable;
- copyright and licensing information; and
- other metadata required for accurate publication identification and discovery.
The journal seeks consistency between metadata displayed on the AHRMR website, the published Version of Record, DOI registration, and metadata supplied to relevant scholarly services.
External services may independently harvest, transform, classify, match, merge, or update journal metadata. Temporary discrepancies may therefore occur between the AHRMR website and third-party services. Where a material discrepancy is identified, the journal may request correction or updating through the relevant service where possible.
The current harmonized AHRMR Indexing, Discovery & Recognition framework applies prospectively from 1 September 2026.
External scholarly services may contain historical journal descriptions, classifications, subject categories, issue labels, metadata, or other information created or harvested before the current AHRMR policy framework took effect.
Such historical third-party records do not automatically redefine the journal's current Aims & Scope, manuscript types, publication-frequency policy, editorial governance, or other current journal policies. Where material inaccuracies can reasonably be corrected through an external service, AHRMR may request an update while preserving legitimate historical bibliographic records.
Questions regarding journal metadata, DOI records, ISSN information, accreditation, indexing or discovery information, or identified discrepancies in external scholarly services may be directed to the AHRMR Editorial Office.
