Article Processing Charges
All articles published in our journals are open access and available online immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. These include the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services.
The APC, payable when your manuscript is editorially accepted and before publication, is charged to either you or your funder, institution, or employer after we send the author a Letter of Acceptance (LoA). Then, the author completes all the publication packages that we need, including the results of the scanned author's approval sent via email and proof of payment to our bank account.

Who is responsible for making or arranging the payment?
As the corresponding manuscript author, you are responsible for making or arranging payment (for example, through your institution) when we place the manuscript author under review or before assigning reviewers to review it.
At which stage is the amount I will need to pay fixed?
The APC payable for an article is agreed upon during the manuscript submission process. The agreed charge will not change regardless of any change to the journal's APC.
When and how do I pay?
Once the editor has accepted the article, the corresponding author will be notified that payment is due. You must arrange payment unless a waiver has been granted or your institution or employer is covering the cost.

This journal charges the following fees.
Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an article submission fee.
Article Publication:
a. FREE OF CHARGE will be available for paper submission of authors outside the country of Indonesia
b. Indonesian Author(s) in collaboration with Author(s) from other country: IDR 100,000
c. All Indonesian Authors: IDR 200,000
The fee covers DOI registration for each paper.
Waiver Policy
If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
The author should declare that he/she asks for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission.
Refund Policy
The article publication fee is not refundable under any circumstance.

The resources mentioned above will cover operating expenses, including peer reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining, archiving, and allowing immediate access to the full-text versions of the articles.
