Manuscript Submission and Correspondence
Formal manuscript submissions and revisions must be uploaded through the ACSR Open Journal Systems platform. Email and WhatsApp support do not replace the journal’s submission, peer-review, or revision workflow.
ACSR accepts English-language manuscripts through two sections. Article accepts Research Papers and Literature Review Papers using the Advances in Research Master Manuscript Template. Community Partnerships and Impacts accepts Community Service Articles using the dedicated New ACSR Template Submission.
For an existing submission, include the manuscript title, submission number, corresponding author’s name, selected section, and a concise explanation of the inquiry. For technical problems, describe the affected page, action attempted, and error message. Do not send account passwords.
Complaints, Corrections and Privacy Inquiries
Complaints, editorial appeals, research-integrity concerns, and requests to correct published information should identify the relevant submission or article, including its DOI where available, and explain the concern with supporting evidence. Such matters are handled under the journal’s publication-ethics procedures and applicable confidentiality and conflict-of-interest safeguards.
Requests concerning personal information, account records, confidentiality, or suspected unauthorized access may be directed to the Editorial Office. Include only information reasonably necessary to explain the request.
