AEFS requires authors to submit the Blinded Manuscript separately from the Title Page & Author Information Form. Author-identifying Title Page information is not ordinarily provided to independent reviewers during double-anonymous peer review. Authorized academic editors and appropriate journal personnel may access relevant information when reasonably necessary for authorship verification, administrative processing, research-integrity assessment, ethical verification, editorial decision-making, and preparation of the scholarly publication record.

Non-Public Information: Submission of information through the Title Page does not mean that every item is intended for public release. Administrative contact details, private telephone or WhatsApp information, internal editorial records, confidential ethics documentation, permissions, unpublished supporting materials, and other non-public information are not automatically disclosed through article publication or public metadata registration.

Information intended for public scholarly attribution and reporting should be distinguished from information collected only for identity verification, editorial administration, confidentiality protection, ethical compliance, and other legitimate non-public journal purposes.

Once an article is formally published, information such as author names, institutional affiliations, ORCID identifiers, article titles, abstracts, keywords, corresponding-author information where appropriate, funding declarations, CRediT contributions, applicable publication statements, formal publication dates, volume and issue information, DOI, copyright and license details, and other bibliographic metadata may become part of the public scholarly record.

The specific information made publicly available depends on applicable scholarly, ethical, bibliographic, licensing, and publication requirements. Confidential editorial information, private administrative details, sensitive ethics documentation, reviewer identities, and other protected supporting information are not automatically included in public article metadata.

Published scholarly metadata may be distributed to DOI registration services, indexing and discovery systems, scholarly databases, academic libraries, institutional and disciplinary repositories, search engines, citation services, metadata aggregators, and digital preservation systems. Such distribution supports scholarly identification, citation, provenance, discoverability, interoperability, research visibility, and long-term scholarly-record integrity.

Once formally published and distributed through scholarly infrastructure, bibliographic information may remain publicly accessible as part of the permanent scholarly record. AEFS applies double-anonymous peer review. Manuscripts, Title Pages, reviewer identities, reviewer reports, editorial correspondence, editorial deliberations, unpublished data, author information, and other non-public materials generated or received during manuscript evaluation must be treated as confidential.

Editors and reviewers must not disclose, distribute, reproduce, or use confidential manuscript materials for unauthorized personal, professional, commercial, competitive, publication, or research purposes. Independent reviewers should receive the Blinded Manuscript and other materials necessary for scholarly evaluation rather than separate author-identifying Title Page information. Access to confidential manuscript and editorial information should correspond to the participant's authorized responsibilities within the journal's academic editorial process.

Generative AI & Confidentiality: Confidential manuscripts, unpublished data, manuscript extracts, author information, reviewer reports, editorial correspondence, and other non-public journal materials must not be uploaded to publicly accessible Generative AI systems or external automated services where confidentiality, privacy, data protection, copyright, intellectual-property rights, or appropriate information handling cannot be assured.

Administrative Separation: APC eligibility, waiver assessments, official invoices, payment records, and financial-administrative correspondence are handled under applicable post-acceptance procedures. These matters remain separate from independent peer-review evaluation, reviewer recommendations, and scientific-editorial decision-making.

Post-acceptance verification and production activities should preserve the accuracy of author and institutional information, required declarations, research-integrity documentation, scholarly metadata, and the formally accepted manuscript.
