Abstract

Tujuan— Integrasi Rantai Pasok memediasi parsial pengaruh Risiko Rantai Pasok dan Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan mengalisis pengaruh Risiko Rantai Pasok dan Digitalisasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dimediasi Integrasi Rantai Pasok.


Metodologi Penelitian— Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional kuantitatif pada 235 karyawan di sektor waralaba F&B di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model dengan AMOS dan SPSS.


Hasil— Integrasi Rantai Pasok. Integrasi rantai pasok, digitalisasi rantai pasok, dan risiko rantai pasok memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa integrasi rantai pasok memediasi secara parsial pengaruh risiko rantai pasok dan digitalisasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja perusahaan.


Keterbatasan Penelitian/Implikasi— Temuan ini bermanfaat bagi akademisi untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut yang bersifat aplikatif untuk lebih memahami dinamika adopsi teknologi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi yang berkelanjutan


Orisinalitas— kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan digitalisasi rantai pasok untuk mengkaji peran risiko rantai pasok terhadap kinerja organisasi.
