Advances: Jurnal Ekonomi & Bisnis (AJEB) publishes one volume each year comprising six regular numbered issues. The journal follows a structured annual publication schedule covering the January–December calendar year.

AJEB combines its six-issue annual publication structure with a continuous publication model within the applicable active issue. This approach supports the timely dissemination of peer-reviewed scholarly work while maintaining the journal's established volume and issue structure.

AJEB publishes six regular issues within each annual volume, following the publication periods below.

Issue No. 1 — January–February

Issue No. 2 — March–April

Issue No. 3 — May–June

Issue No. 4 — July–August

Issue No. 5 — September–October

Issue No. 6 — November–December

These six publication periods constitute AJEB's standard annual issue schedule. Each numbered issue belongs to the corresponding annual volume. The journal's continuous publication model operates within this established schedule and does not create additional regular issues.

The January–February, March–April, May–June, July–August, September–October, and November–December periods represent AJEB's standard annual publication cycle.

Previously published volumes and issues retain their original publication dates, issue designations, article metadata, and bibliographic information. The implementation of the current publication framework does not retrospectively alter the journal's established scholarly record.

Beginning on 1 September 2026, AJEB applies a continuous publication model within the active numbered issue.

Under this model, an article may be formally published online once it has successfully completed the required independent peer review, scientific-editorial evaluation, final acceptance, applicable post-acceptance administration, copyediting, proofreading, production, and metadata verification.

Authors do not need to wait until all other articles assigned to the same issue have completed production before an accepted and publication-ready article is formally published.

Each published article is assigned to the appropriate annual volume and numbered issue. Its official publication information must reflect the applicable publication record and verified article metadata.

Continuous Publication Principle: Continuous publication facilitates the individual release of publication-ready articles within the active issue. It does not increase AJEB's annual publication frequency, create additional numbered issues, reduce scholarly evaluation requirements, or replace the journal's established editorial and publication procedures.

The formally published online article constitutes the authoritative Version of Record of the scholarly publication.

Published articles receive final bibliographic information and, where applicable, DOI registration and verified article metadata to support accurate citation, scholarly discovery, digital preservation, dissemination, and long-term accessibility.

The published Version of Record is associated with its appropriate annual volume, numbered issue, and formal publication information. Subsequent corrections or other necessary changes to the scholarly record must be handled through applicable journal publication and research-integrity procedures.

Previously published AJEB volumes, numbered issues, articles, actual publication dates, issue designations, bibliographic information, article metadata, and established scholarly citations remain part of the journal's official historical publication record.

Adoption of the continuous publication model from 1 September 2026 does not retrospectively modify previously published article records, reassign historical articles to different issues, change legitimate publication dates, or otherwise alter the established scholarly record.

AJEB maintains one annual volume with six regular numbered issues. Continuous publication operates within the applicable active issue and does not replace or increase the journal's established annual issue structure.

Articles are published individually after successful completion of the required scientific-editorial and publication-preparation procedures, while remaining assigned to the appropriate annual volume and numbered issue. The publication model preserves editorial independence, accurate metadata, responsible scholarly publication, and the integrity of the permanent scholarly record.
