Indexing, Discovery & Recognition
Advances in Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR) distinguishes national journal accreditation, scholarly indexing and discovery, citation visibility, DOI registration and serial identification. These services have different functions and should not be represented as equivalent.
National Accreditation and Scholarly Discovery
- SINTA 2: AHRMR is listed as nationally accredited at SINTA 2 in the official SINTA journal directory. Consult the official SINTA profile for accreditation information and changing scholarly indicators.
- GARUDA: AHRMR has a journal record in GARUDA, supporting national scholarly indexing and discovery. External descriptions and harvested records may reflect earlier journal information.
- Google Scholar: The Google Scholar profile linked from the GARUDA journal record provides a route to scholarly discovery and citation information. Article coverage, record matching and citation counts may change; profile presence does not establish selective source-journal indexing.
- Dimensions: The journal supplies a Dimensions publication-discovery link. PERLU VERIFIKASI: The current source-title match and applicable article coverage have not been independently confirmed. This link is not presented as evidence of confirmed journal-level indexing.
- OpenAlex: The OpenAlex source record S4387291091 identifies AHRMR with ISSN 2985-7570 and supports open scholarly metadata and research discovery. Source identification does not establish selective citation-database indexing.
DOI Registration and Journal Identification
- Crossref: AHRMR uses DOI prefix 10.60079 for applicable published articles. DOI registration supports persistent identification, citation linking and scholarly metadata; it is distinct from selective source-journal indexing. Search Crossref Records →
- E-ISSN and ISSN-L: AHRMR is identified by electronic ISSN 2985-7570 and linking ISSN 2985-7570. The ISSN record identifies an online serial published in Indonesia. Serial identification is distinct from accreditation or selective-database inclusion. Official ISSN Record →
Indexing Status and Transparency
AHRMR reports accreditation, indexing, scholarly discovery, citation visibility and persistent-identifier services according to their actual and verifiable functions. The journal does not claim confirmed source-journal indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ or another selective database unless official journal-level inclusion or coverage can be verified.
Individual article citations, search results, metadata presence, references from indexed publications, preliminary registrations, submitted or pending applications and third-party statements do not independently establish formal journal-level indexing.
AHRMR seeks to maintain consistent author names and order, affiliations, ORCID identifiers where applicable, titles, abstracts, keywords, article types, languages, publication dates, volumes, issues, DOI records, funding, copyright and licensing information across the website, Version of Record and relevant scholarly services. External systems independently harvest, classify, match, merge and update records; material discrepancies may be referred to the relevant service for correction.
The harmonized reporting framework applies prospectively from 1 September 2026. Historical external descriptions do not automatically redefine the current Aims & Scope or other journal policies. Legitimate historical bibliographic records are preserved; accreditation and database coverage follow the periods stated by the responsible external service.
